The Steady Increase in Awareness after Gnan Vidhi Introspection helps

Comments = I took Gnan Vidhi on July 5, 2008 and have been reading the books that I purchased on that same day. I want to read more and more and when I am at Satsang on Saturdays, I try to follow the Gujarati words as more important feeling than in English, which is my language. The Mahatmas I am with have made me feel as if I belong there and I stay until I am too tired and really  I don't want to leave this Satsang.

I have experienced much in my life and been strong through all the tragedies and joy that has come my way. But my strength has lessened and after Gnan Vidhi, I wish to find peace and eternal bliss now and in the next life. I wonder at creation and each day I find a gift of life. During introspection, I review the past day and sticky files and repent any files that I have offended in any way. But I usually respect all files with equanimity that come in my direction. But there are times when my anger escapes and I am always sorry afterward.

I (pure soul now) am glad to have this chance to clear past mistakes and misjudgments and strive for even higher goals in giving more of myself for the good of others. The only thing is my physical strength is not as it once was. I hope to get it back and find renewed energy through Dadabhagwan and Dadashri and through meditation and prayers, and asking for forgiveness, I might better understand the mysteries of life. 

There is much more for me to absorb in my reading, but also, I love the sense of humor that comes through at times in the writing and in the DVD Satsangs we view.  A sprinkling of smiles and laughter lifts the spirit and helps release worries and tension that may exist.
